What is the best air filter for my 2007 pontiac g5 gt?
I am looking at the K&N air filter that fits the car, but I don't know if it's the best one. Also, if anyone know what the best spark plugs and wires for the car, that would be great. I'm doing a little tune-up. thanks.
I would recommend against a K&N filter, there have been issues with the oil being sucked into the engine and causing problems. Also, they are bad on dirt and gravel roads (not sure if you travel like that). I suggest a dry paper filter from Wix or Purolator. They are your best bet. Don't believe the "horsepower hype" from K&N, you will never notice it. As far as spark plugs, try NGK Iridium tips, they gave me a little better gas mileage.
