What is a normal heart beat rate for a male 31years of age and if i'm getting my pulse at 97 100/min is it a normal rate .( Worried )
60-100 depending on how fit you are.. a person that exercises regularly will have a lower Pulse Rate. yours is well in the normal range.. be healthy.. eat healthy and stay heathly.. good question too
