How come I can only find my pulse rate after I've exercised?
I can't find a pulse rate when i haven't exercised, I only find it once Ihave exercised.does anyone else have this problem? why do I have this problem?
yes I have this problem too. Im not certain but it just SEEMS like your Heart is beating harder and you can feel it through your chest. also, I can easily take my own pulse after a good Workout.
