Where did you buy the Pur water filter?
I am looking for in Singapore.
Pur water filters are just 2 stage filters to filter out the water for drinking. A better unit is Reverse Osmosis water filtration system. That's what I recommend to people who care about the water they drink. There are lots of brand out there, but if cost is the issue. May I mention some units to use. GE put out one that I like and it's 4 stage. ($200) Another is Watts Premier 5 stage is ($250.) www.wattspremier.com For some reason...Home Depot don't carry it anymore, only the GE. There's a American made 5 stage also (I 4 got the name) ($250.) Sold on some drinking water co. all over town.
I hope that can help u to decide. I feel 2 stage is not enough to filter the toxins in the municipal and wells at the present time. Especially, all that artificial stuff that's going into the water. That's why we are having so much problem with cancer and so many people sick.
