Can anyone give me a recipe to a nice fresh smoothie?
I have been looking for a Smoothie Recipe for ages.. but a healthy one.. seen as though i am on a diet. Can anybody help me?
this is a great smoothie when you're trying to cut back on sugars and fats...
* 2 C Vanilla Yogurt (or fruit flavor)(I like Old Home brand)
* 1 Banana – cut up*
* 4-5 Strawberries*
* 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
* 1 Tbsp Sugar or Equal
* Enough Ice Cubes to fill blender loosely
Blueberries are also a great addition to this! If you want to treat yourself, try using low fat vanilla Frozen Yogurt, it makes it a bit sweeter. Also, frozen fruits are simple and allow you to cut back on ice.
