Is 350 watt strong for blender&juicer?

I saw a new catalogue (sale on 25th thursday) on Kmart and am interested in Homemarker 17 piece min blender. It says 350 watt motor. I really want a blender & juicer so this is an ideal but I have no idea how strong it is....Is 350 watt strong??

It's average. If you want a good blender that will chop/blend ice, I'd go with a stronger watt blender.
