
What's your favorite medium to high intensity cardio Workout?
I'm starting running, definitely high intensity, but I was wondering what your favorite way to get your cardio in is?
I LOVE any of the insanity workouts ( from the same people who made p90x). You are dripping in sweat and for me 900 calories gone in about 45 min. It feels sooooo good. ![]()
If my knee is giving me issues I dig a long hard bike ride through the woods.

Well actually I am 6′ 6″, High School All- American candidate, 2 time NY Post, NY Daily News All-Star, All- CHSAA 1975, Scholar Athlete 1975, Division I Basketball Center-Power Forward. I am now 54 y/o and weigh 300 lbs, bench press 250 lbs free weights, waist size 42-44″, chest 52″.
