Ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt , frozen dessert , What is the difference?
Ice cream is fluffier than both gelato and sorbet. Sorbet is icier than either of those two and gelato is the most sweet out of all of those. frozen yogurt is literally frozen yogurt and frozen dessert can be those or some other dessert (i.e. pie) that is simply frozen before eaten.
